DeMeritt initiated his global banking journey with WFI Corporation. Drawing upon this expertise and his analysis, which pointed to gold as a secure investment option, he established Lear Capital in 1997. Over the years, Lear Capital has flourished to become one of the foremost precious metals companies in the nation. To further extend his influence in the financial management realm, he became a co-founder of Wilshire Finance Partners in 2008—a real estate investment fund.

Having graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics, DeMeritt possesses a keen interest in banking, market development, economic dynamics, and the interplay between geo-political events and financial cycles.
